Ode from Barlby Primary School

Billy came out of his shell

Taking part and asking questions as well

Ben was organised and looked after himself

Independence suits him very well

Ruby gave it her all

Exhausted  her sleeps were big and not small

Jordan really moved in

His behaviour exemplary no quarrel or moans came from him

Katy H enjoyed everything

The food the cave and rope swing

A bullseye was Ryan Booths first

A balloon he almost burst

Kate W showed bravery and great courage

When she abseiled down the tower in a hurry

The food was wholesome and nutritious

Sunday dinner on Thursday was delicious

Thomas enthused and kept smiling

Even when down the tower abseiling

Elise was bright on a morning

At school she’s normally yawning

Ewan was really brave

Attempting everything in all he gave

This trip has helped me prepare myself for the challenges I may face in the future
I now know what abseiling is - its cool!
Your fabulous food gave us energy for our busy days
You have boosted my confidence and made me try new things

Thank you Marrick Priory!

What have you enjoyed the most .......

'What have you enjoyed the most during your stay at Marrick?' - I asked
'Orienteering'  says a boy from Egglescliffe Primary School
'Why?'
'Because when I was out on the field I felt FREE as a bird!'
