'Wow - what a stay' says Middleham Primary School

It was a wonderful opportunity for our children to experience being away from home in an unfamiliar environment, trying out activities and challenging themselves to do things they had not had the chance to do before. As teachers we particularly enjoyed seeing the small triumps for each child as they mastered something they thought they might not be able to accomplish.  The spiritual element of being in an ancient monument added a subtle dimension to the experience which we also appreciated.
Thanks and see you again on a future visit with our Y3/4 children
