Did you visit Reeth Market today?

If so you would have seen the Friends of Marrick Priory who had a stall selling homemade jam and cakes to raise funds for the Priory.

Thanks to all for their efforts - can't wait to find out how much the Friends have raised!  Watch this space....

Farewell to CF XTRA

CF XTRA and their young leaders are leaving us this afternoon after their weeks stay. They travelled from all over the UK from as far north as Perth to Taunton in the South West! They had a great time - really enjoying the high ropes and raft building sessions as well as their own group activities. Thanks for coming - See you next year!

Strawberry Tea - a great Success!

Yesterday, the Friends of Marrick Priory held their summer strawberry tea at the Priory.  With Reeth Brass Band playing in the chapel, visitors eating fresh scones with jam and cream, and children abseiling down the church tower and zipwiring across the field, a great time was had by all.
All proceeds from the day will go towards the Priory's bursary fund which enables young people from families experiencing  financial hardship to attend a residential.
